The upgrade process includes various actions aimed at ensuring the continued existence of the buildings and sites, adaptation to the planned use, and increasing their trade value.
The upgrade process includes: protecting the existing elements, conducting maintenance operations, stabilization, preservation, reconstruction, if necessary, rehabilitation (including re-adaptation), reconstruction based on relevant documentation, addition of new infrastructures like electricity, water, communication, firefighting etc.
Our company has vast experience in the upgrade and renovation of buildings. One of the most interesting upgrade and renewal projects, that took place in the heart of Tel Aviv, that our Company had the honor of performing, was the Bachar House in Lilienblum street, in Tel Aviv.
