The Bachar House

In the historical heart of the Tel Aviv streets, between Lilienblum street, Nachalat Binyamin and Rothschild, this historical building that was built in the 20's, known as the Bachar House, was renovated. The building underwent many alterations and additions over the years, until the Chinese Techcode Company decided to open its first Israeli branch in this building.

Already recently, an innovation Israeli-Chinese center has started operating in the building, as part of the global Company network. Techcode looked for a building that represents the old Israel, including the modesty of those days, yet at the same time, it wanted to come up with innovative and out-of the box design, therefore the Bachar house was chosen. The upgrade project was assigned to the Isramarin company.
